Returns Policy

Cowboys Touch would like to insure that every customer is completely satisfied.  Each refund/exchange/return will be handled personally.  With food products it is sometimes difficult to have a blanket policy. Therefore if for any reason the product doesn’t meet expectations we will offer a complete refund including shipping or replace the product free of charge.

Shipping Policy

We currently ship to valid physical street addresses in the United States via USPS. We print our shipping labels directly from Shopify, therefore we are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. For questions about International or RUSH Shipping, please contact us. 

We currently ship orders on Monday-Thursday (holidays excluded). Orders must be made by 10am CST on the shipping day in order to be processed and shipped that day. Orders received after that time will be rolled to our next scheduled shipping day.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot be held liable for the product after delivery time; you will receive order updates to the email used during checkout and buyer is responsible for properly receiving and refrigerating their package.

Privacy Policy

Cowboy's Touch Jam values our customers and respects your privacy at all times. We collect information about you through our online shopping cart website in an effort to improve your shopping experience and to communicate with you about our products, services, and promotions. We do not share your personal or financial information with 3rd party companies.
